Ehh, first, Jin is just a Lv 1 character, his resistances aren't that great; and second, this Momiji has a bunch of supernatural abilities that does not opposes Jin's resistances that gave her the advantage, mienwhile Jin is just a guy with few martial arts.

At 9-B you're not going to find haxed characters, not with existing profiles at least; I think the most "op" would be Raptor, but his magic is kind of limited and he does not even used it in combat, so he only count with its innate powers (not that those aren't powerful, but they aren't "game breaker").

Even if decides to use magic, without the supernatural module he can only use Effect types of spells, as Attack/Spiritual/Defense will most likely fail (his magic projection ability is pretty bad). And with only an MA of 20 and with no Gesturesless Casting, casting a spell will take some time, even more if decides to use another spell that is not from the dark path.
