I'm uncertain what you mean here. If you mean physically, then their actual tiers should tell you that. Very few 3-D creatures are running around with Low 2-C AP. Hax wise, everybody 6-C and above has 4-D hax. Other than that it generally matches their tier. The exception is people with 1-A shit but then I suppose that's not really dimenshuns anymore.

Then yeah. 6-C people and above all have 4-D shit, various individuals have 1-A shit (for example, Grell have 1-A lawhax), that's the gist of it.

I don't particularly like smurf shit so if it comes down to it, leave me out of whatever match is gonna come of this, aye?
