in the scene there was a hole in his head, so Regeneration Mid.
but the one in the cartoon for example is much bigger as it has regenerated itself from being broken into pieces.

Oh yeah, though if he's sliced all over I thought I would be at least an inch higher then that. But overall if pain tolerance isn't anything, getting cut all over is impressive if it REALLY does fall on regen.
As for the cartoon; yeah it was the most impressive one I could find as well, though I at least try to seeked Mid-High Cartoon Chapulin and there was one but we can not scale to other people. Though if it's brought up: the cartoon doesn't seem to be any different from live action other then just an upgrade to astethics, so the live action ones abilities may be there for cartoon Chap
