That's...not true at all. I don't know if you misunderstood something,
but all those characters from the TASM and Raimi series, are those characters, not just characters who happen to mirror this. They make this really clear in the film.

I'm guessing you are saying the events of the film only happened in the MCU. You aren't wrong, but it has characters from other universes.
