Ep2 is pretty weird and "heavy" on a reread, but from what I remember a lot of people that didn't liked 2 started to love Umineko with Ep3 (which IMO is really really good).
And, just a side question, will I fill empty or sad after finishing that?
Can't really say, just that it depends on how much you'll be invested in the characters in the long run.
Also, as a side note, try to solve the mysteries or at least make theories about them. A lot of the fun of Umineko is doing that and having all your theories completely destroyed with facts and logic.
