Multiplier rules shouldn't allow an unstated 2x multiplier just because one character is stronger than another. Our page on it:

On Garou's page, his x2 growth is explained as almost winning in a 2 vs 1 fight.

Just because its on the profiles doesn't mean it is right.

I just looked it up. The multiplier is based on Garou's attacks reflecting damage with double the force. Is that sufficient justification?
