Depends on the individual. The only PP users who have busted versions of the ability that I can think of are the 1-A+ versions of the Abstracts as well as the In-Betweener in all his keys.

Only the Abstracts and those beyond the multiverse.

As for hax, layers are best since Doom, Strange, and Wanda each have 1 layer of basic magic hax.

Marvel souls do have PP and NEP though. And AE1

we have magic as being:
  • 1-A smurf
  • BDE2 for energy and output
  • Passive 294+ layers of EE
  • info type 2 and cm1 (5 layers)
  • AE1
  • NEP2 all aspects
  • ACA4
  • Immo 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 negations
  • mid-godly regen negation

Bypassing PP? Matchable by any means?
