For her face, if you don't want to pixel scale her model, we normally use the anatomy calculator here (Female, Adult, make sure to put it as cm and not meters), the distance will be slightly lower

No, I meant as in, the vallue you'll get for her head using the calculator (20.7 cm) will be the same as if you choose the full body or just her head to be measured
