Generally no, as it would be considered calc stacking. OPM is one of those verses that sometimes break rules and I don't really want to get into it, but I believe they are using this part of the calc stacking rules, so, if in your example the same thing is happening, this might be accepted, or not, it depends on what is going on in the feat itself
