The assumption of Saitama's rock throw being superior to Geryuganshoop's only works if you assume he was either putting in any amount of effort or that his casual actions are still that high-power. I don't think that's necessarily the case, people see him fighting (and even underestimate him after doing so which clearly implies he isn't acting THAT fast) and he usually doesn't output more power than is strictly needed for a fight, so I think that's wrong.
Saitama actually went out of his way to put an effort into knocking the rocks away from the Hero Association HQ. He also saw Tatsumaki throwing them around and thought it looked fun when he could barely even register that Geryuganshoop was attacking him.

Also, does the calc itself look fine? If you still disagree it can be argued in a thread

Neither implies at all that he's putting in effort. Saitama routinely saves people without giving much of a shit or going anywhere near relativistic speeds and the fact that he's having fun shows he isn't all too serious about it, if anything.

A CGM's role is to evaluate calcs as a whole, not just the math. I can reject something based on its assumptions. Truthfully I haven't even really looked at the math.

Does Saitama really need to be giving much effort for rocks he's tossing aside to be that fast though? Murata saying "sub-light speed is nothing" seems to make the bar lower in terms of what it would take for Saitama to do the same. Wouldn't Saitama having fun be more proof that the rocks were moving fast? The reason 0.75c was being used in the first place was because that level was not enough to pique his interest. He even compliments Tatsumaki later on.

Mhm I'm not asking for you to take back evaluation, I'd just like discussion within a thread to be an option as well 🤷‍♂️

It's nothing for him but I also don't think it's internally consistent to say he's that eager to do stuff at that Rel+ speed when we have things like Genos thinking he'd lose a fight to Gouketsu (who we have at MHS+) and other showings of people underestimating him despite having seen him fight. If he seems to hold Tatsumaki on a higher level of regard than Geryu then she can upscale but I don't agree that necessarily means you can say he was going any particular speed.
