Not to be a bother, but the question is basically if certain character's description of Enhanced Senses say "his senses are tens of times better than a regular human and his vision acuity dozens of times better" = he's most likely able to passively view someone from SBA's top starting distance

I'm not really interested in vs threads. That said I think it's impossible to see a human-sized person at 4 km of distance due to the Earth's curvature?

She's larger than human-size and is neon green (not by much so i don't really know if it matters a lot) and with ideal conditions a typical human can see 2km or more
Even with that, would still say it?
