At the 16:30 mark of the video, this dragon creature floods its entire province. a minute later you see a money shot of the entire place flooded. and you can see the bottom of the submerged area a minute or two after said money shot.

There is this map here that could help as a lowball, and I say lowball mostly cause there is a good chance the water extends beyond the map here.

Does the flood extend throughout the entire map?

Yeah, only like the top part of the giant tree is not submerged, everything else is underwater.
If you have a feat that needs to be calced, though, send it in anyways. I'll see if I can come up with something (if not, I'll let you know).
