I don't really know what you mean. You've posted it as a blog, you don't need my permission to make a thread. If you want it as a staff thread, I would disagree with it on the basis of lacking some polish and being pointless. You point out the Fallacies page, and then propose to make a page with a deeper explanation of the same topic (or a piece of it, at least), because nobody reads the fallacy page. Why would they read this new "The Burden of Proof" page? I think it's futile.
