Your image is tiny, I'm gonna add a "|400px" to normalize its size. You need to learn capitalization and spacing, particularly noticeable in your P&A section. Scans for a lot of these would probably be good. N/A is probably "None notable", just for a more standardized wording in your "Standard Equipment" section. Should also state sources for Speed.

I could be a dick and say "download the game and go wild" but yeah, it probably is better if I get the fairly accurate Paragon wiki up for the abilities, I recall there being an instance of somebody yeeting a truck at some point, I don't have the scan for it so I'm just going to make it a "Possibly" class 5, anyway I'm tired of screwing with pages for the day and screwing with the Capitalization(I know that's mostly what your getting at outside of my overuse of commas) is just annoying and ill save it for tomorrow.

Played the game years ago, not really one for MMOs anymore. To be honest I thought City of Heroes/City of Villains was discontinued.

it was until Homecoming came out (Download is here if you want it) also I usually don't stay on one game for more then a month, at least playing it-wise anyway, doesnt actually matter what kind of game it is outside of if it interests me or not, really even if you dont want to actually play the game theres enough customization that makes literally every other MMO that i know about go and cry in the corner(No seriously, its not even close)

I know the game. Like I said, I'm just not really interested in MMOs anymore. I loved WoW and when it went crap I stopped playing.
