In a branched multiverse no amount of time travel would justify a second temporal axis. For it to qualify you'd need to time travel to different multiversal snapshot.

In the example im using these 2 universes were not connected to the same tree* at any point. Does that change anything?

If it was a purely temporal travel it can suggest it. But overall I would say it would not, as time travel usually involves a spatial displacement as well in most works.

Last question I can think of, but what if the series has an explanations for why the multiverse didnt revert back to that point (1600s with Universe B) as well was because inside a very specific realm that a "God" in series controls. All forms of time; past, present, and future can co exist, and mix together. This aso transcends time (dunno if that means anything.) its explained that this can only occur inside his realm not outside of it. And its because hes a "God" of time.

What you described is eternalism (which the wiki defaults to) and how all things fall into it. If anything it would suggest there's no higher temporal space, as what you described is the standard forward-backwards of time.
