Is the idea that Garou's blitzing Orochi and then Orochi's blitzing Garou? Cause that isn't acceptable, blitz calcs need to be internally consistent and this contradicts itself.

Orochi was told to hold back badly against Garou, which is why he was using his first form's horn attacks.

Right, I remember that now. How are you calculating the speed of his attack, I can't really tell.

Garou's speed: Orochi launches a horn barrage and Garou darts around the room while the launched rocks are stationary (similarly calced to these feats)
Orochi's speed: Garou continues this speed and rushes at Orochi, but before he can realize it, Orochi's worm mouth extends several meters to bite Garou
