1. I didn't think destroying the black hole physically was an anti feat (mainly thought that was just NPI) but if the wiki says this then sure. I also just think 8-C is more consistent anyway.
2. Can you specify which end worked? I put one for both pulverization and vaporization.
3. Specimen 09 s directly stated on the wiki to be capable of telekinesis by virtue of its gravity manipulation. The wiki itself being something that has input from wog.
Edit: Also for the AP section playing this video frame by frame at 1m23s to 1m25s we after he summons energy cubes underneath that push the blocks upwards they explode and turn the blocks into very small particles.
I could also send screenshots if it isn't clear enough.

Why is Ap a stretch? If it's because of how far the shot is, here's a clip with a closer POV that shows him destroying them
