The standards for that are more vague than they should be, but I understand it as being sufficient in cases of face-value obvious revisions (i.e.: giving flight to someone who is shown flying). I'd be more cautious about applying that standard here, but I can offer my thoughts on the revision if you would like to make quick progress on the matter.

I appreciate the evaluation, and I understand your perspective on the standards. Although this would probably never happen, it would be a shame of something minor like this got overturned over a disagreement like that, so where you're coming from is neccessary.
