okay but a question, why we scale bagramon and shoutmon to yggdrasil but lucemon and millenniummon not? and if no demon lord is high 1C currently why ogudmon is high 1C? (scaling to yggdrasil)

Bagramon and Shoutmon have yet to be edited and don't scale. Ogudomon X scales considering it is literally noted to be the direct counterpart to Yggdrasil during the new Pendulum X storyline. Ogudomon is also far above the other Demon lords. His base form would get a 1-C key.
