As far as I know we rely more on exact values like x5 multiplier. The rest is just marked as "likely higher". This may be enough to base AP superiority, but not enough for oneshot

Technically, Deku can't oneshot Sage because his Fa Jin is 12 Exa, and Sage' dura is 18 Exa.

However, if their standard chain is to be believed, Deku blitz and oneshot with Fa Jin and Gears

the argument/scaling chain thingy that shadow made was actually being backed by a calc/translation helper then both their defense over it was liked by a thread moderator. This was in response to someone saying that in verse context shouldn’t be used and that we can only rely on the exact values.

The argument only ever works if Deku’s fa Jin is stronger than the opponent’s durability, if it’s weaker than it’ll reach NLF.

If 8-A Dark Hero Deku also has access to Gears and Fa Jin while staying within 8-A, then you can put him against Kaneki Part 1 EoS without speed equalization.

That would be Mach 25 vs Mach 111

This is just ridiculous and looks like a way to farm wins. For some reason, in the case where the difference between Fa Jin and the enemy's durability is 2 times, then Deku oneshots, but in a match where the enemy's durability exceeds the usual Fa Jin, then this chain stops working and the match becomes a mismatch. This is very strange logic.

Also the logic isn’t crazy. Bro would deadass have to be 55 times stronger than his base to one shot sage centipede. The logic that was being used in the orochi fight will NEVER survive against Sage

difference between Orochi and Sage is about 3.5 times. By the same logic, Deku needs to be 15.7 times stronger than his base to oneshot Orochi

Actually, it's probably worth bumping up a thread on this.
This is a x5 boost for Deku by pure numbers, but due to the long scaling chain, it gives him the ability to oneshot someone stronger than him.
This should effectively take him to the next level, but he's still within his level.

To explain it more simply, let's say his AP is 180 Tons, and his key is capped at 8-A. With Fa Jin, his key scales to 900 Tons, and Fa Jin + Gears should be many times stronger and at least Low 7-C. However, not only would the 8-A cap not give him access to that key, but if he was at the Low 7-C baseline, it wouldn't give him the ability to oneshot someone physically equal. They essentially gave him the ability to oneshot someone stronger than him while within his key. However, he would have to go beyond that to do that.

Kaneki's first key is "High 8-C to 8-A" and "Hypersonic+ to Massively Hypersonic"

Just use "At least 8-A and Massively Hypersonic"

Although we can also go back to his current match against Kaneki
