I fail to understand what are you trying to say.
He's not 5D in the meaning of physically, he's a 3D being with 5D stats, nothing Monika cannot interact with.

NGL your grammar makes it hard to understand what you're trying to say, no offense.
Zeno is not 5D in the meaning of being a 5th-dimensional being, he's a 3D being who has 5D power and durability, but that has no impact on his dimensionality just like Goku is a 3D being with 4D power, and this is proved by the fact that both Zeno and Goku could still be physically interacted with from characters who are clearly 3D like Shin, other than generally being treated as all being in the same level of existence (which is not the same as level of power).
Zeno's body is still 3D, thus he's still vulnerable to Monika's hax given he has no resistance to it.
