Damage didn't reject de calculation, he himself said that the energy output was ok. The only "major" nitpick is that he was unsure about that attack scaling to his other techniques, however he never rejected the thread.
Let's try not to be dishonest, please.

The reason Tengen has his durability scaled to Gyutaro's final attack is because he was able to parry and deflect his blood blades in various instances, and not because he tanked all of Gyutaro's final attack, which I myself said that was not the case. This was clarified quite a few times in the thread, and in all of those instances I was replying to you, so one would expect you already knew this. It really feels like you're trying to give misleading information.​

Once again, that is not true. What Damage said was that, if the feat happened to be a result of multiple (separate) attacks, then it shouldn't be used to scale a singular attack. However, he then he acknowledged Gyutaro's feat constituted a single attack as all the blades were released and accelerated simultaneously, which is what he's saying on the reply I linked. Once again, try not to be dishonest, please.​
