You cannot send you sandbox Directly in crt section, you have to copy the content from it and the create a new Thread in crt and paste it in.

Ooh my bad, i misunderstood your sandbox thingy, i didn't thought you meant as character profile sandbox, from the looks of it, it's has tier 2A so just copy the sandbox link and create a crt and add sandbox link in it with the proposal of new profile addition ig. It's upto you for what you choose for crt title.
