  • Speed equalized
  • Battle takes place on Cortes Island, Canada

  • 3 Dilophosaurus are used
  • The Dilophosaurus are hungry
  • Cocaine bricks are scattered around the island
  • Both sides start 10 kilometers away from each other on opposite sides of the island
  • 9-C versions are used

Dilo are overpowered by humans, the only real thing they would be able to do is spit in CB's eyes, but the if one gets grabed its over for it.
Maybe if they work together they could surprise attack, but for now I vote Cocaine Bear

I think it depends on how smart and agile they are. If they usually hunt/fight in packs and are agile, as soon as one gets killed, the rest of them will definetely stay out of range and kill him with venom, so three should be perfect. If not, maybe four is better.
 
I will keep my vote to the cocaine bear, the Dilophosaurus are not like velocerapitors that have feats of taking down oponents above their weight class like cows, cocaine bear resist poison to some extent and has pain tolerance, I think It takes It
