Ok. Tho I mean the Emeralds can grant resistance to Transmutation but that doesn't necessarily mean they can't be transmuted.

I thought the Chaos Energy from the Chaos Emeralds grants the resistance to Transmutation and since the Emeralds are teeming with Chaos Energy they’d also be fine with it

Ok well everything except the Emeralds gets telekinetically thrown away/crushed or transmuted. Then Mario simply stacks his amps and hopefully just K.Os Sonic eventually?

If they're in hammerspace then they aren't being used so Mario doesn't have to worry about them.

Given that the chaos emeralds are also able to grant resistance to transmutation wouldn't that mean sonic can use them to prevent whatever items he has left from getting transmutated?
They also have restoration as well so can't they just restore any already transmuted items back to their original state of being?

What's stopping Sonic from just BFR with Chaos Control again? I can't find anything that would stop that with Mario's kit on his profile.

No, he can't. At best, he can use lightning to make Sonic drop many of his items and then pick them up for himself. Telekinesis is a sketchy argument at best though. No one ever used the Power Star for that, which is probably why it's not even on Mario's profile.

He does have a reason tho? If it clicks in Mario's head that the Rings are protecting Sonic, logically either removing or circumventing said Rings is the best course of action.

Your claim was that he would transmutate Sonic's equipment. Why would he do that instead of targeting Sonic directly?
Transmutation and Chaos Control BFR
Nothing. Sonic just would just need to be pressed to do it since it's not something he's ever done in canon. We just know he could. Less experienced Chaos Control users have or would have done it without needing to be taught.

With the advance 3 thing I didn’t take it as Sonic summoning them from space, so much as they just left Gemerl the same way Solaris ejected them.

Well I would assume Sonic would use Chaos Control to do this if he had to, considering that nothing else would work and that he thinks that losing to Mario will result in "dire consequences".
I vote for Sonic FRA, specifically through Chaos Control BFR
