Was thinking maybe GT Goku and Vegeta could take Broly down before he transforms. Seems he hadn't prior gone past his base form prior to fighting DBS Vegeta and needed to pushed into transforming, so he might not be able to do it at will. Looks like GT Goku in SFPSSJ4 scales to 10.187 quintillion x 3 universes with SSJ4 GT Vegeta being equal to him. Base Broly while fighting SSJ Vegeta scales to 25.6 quintillion x 3 universes, though he started at 512 Quadrillion x 3 universes when he was fighting Base Vegeta.

Maybe other characters could restrict themselves to not transform

So let me get this straight. The Broly being used in the OP is already twice as strong as Goku and Vegeta (with a 2× gap between two Ki users being a canonical stomp gap in stats by Toriyama's own words) but he's also just going to constantly adapt to them on top of that? Yeah no, they're completely ****** against Broly.
