Also, how likely will she be using her transmutation on him in-character? If it's most likely 'later' then If she's willing to turn into sasuke or sakura to mess with him she's only really baiting out the one tailed cloak to come out and make it harder for her than it helping get any sort of touch off. It's really how she acts that defines the tempo for this fight ngl.

If either of those can be properly answered then I guess it may swing me in her favor
 
Naruto most likely take this
He can defend himself from transmutation via 1 tail cloak and one shot her with vermilion rasengan

Capella's transmutation happens all at once btw, it wouldnt be limited to one part of the cloak. I think its actually irrelevant if Naruto could do anything about the cloak because he did be covered in different things by the time he realizes it

I don't think Capella needs to prioritize transmutation from move one for it to remain as a victory for her

Her entire fighting style revolves around getting under people's skin, provoking them, and exploiting their reactions. If she turns into Sasuke or Sakura, that isn't helping Naruto; it's helping Capella. She's forcing him into a more emotional state and encouraging exactly the kind of aggressive close-range engagement that gives her opportunities to land a touch in the first place.

The One-Tail cloak makes Naruto more dangerous, sure. It also makes him more reckless. That's not necessarily a trade Capella minds making when she can regenerate from practically anything he throws at her.

Even if we assume she doesn't immediately go for transmutation, the fight still trends in her favor over time because she's the one with the better attrition game. Naruto is the one who has to force a decisive victory before exhaustion sets in, while Capella can continue adapting, regenerating, and looking for an opening.

Does capella has ranged attacks enough to avoid chakra arms?
Naruto has range advantage in 1 tail form and he choose it like in the sasuke fight
Even tough capella can transmutate chskra arms, they keep coming back.
İdk how fast can capella regen but naruto can overcome it with vermilion rasengan
But naruto should goes for killing
And seems like capella can only damage naruto with his transmutation technique because of ap/dura gap and naruto also has very large stamina
 
Alright Satella already said a good chunk of what I was gonna say but I am curious on some points
  • Is vermilion rasengan powerful enough to actually kill Capella ?
Regeneration (High-Mid; After being beheaded by Al, and then that headless body got its heart destroyed, and blown up, Capella regenerated her entire body from the severed head, and has such control over her body, that despite it not being connected to her anymore, she melted that other destroyed body, Capella has conquered death, as she can regenerate even after half her head was blown of)

Also keep in mind if it's a matter of size she can simply transform into a dragon, she can also split herself into rats and survive that way if it's not AOE based.

Here's the thing Capella has no stamina issue, she is compatible with her witch factor and she doesn't have a limited pool to pull from because her pool doesn't exist in the first place. As big as Naruto's pool is it still exists and serves as a limiter whereas she doesn't suffer from that meaning she will eventually win the battle of attrition and Naruto afaik does engage in CQC and there's effectively nothing stopping her from using her transmutation hax. It's not a matter of if but rather when. With that said I am voting capella.

Seems like there is no way naruto can overcome capellas regeneratin

It isn't a stomp because there is a chance Capella decides to tank the Vermilion Rasengan, which is possible considering she has a history of tanking attacks. However, I highly doubt the fight would even reach that stage before Naruto gets transmuted.

Capella cant escape from getting hit, only issue is her high level regeneration
