I'm saying he has ranged options and can take out/severely injure Kashimo instantly, Yuji's punches can nerf Sukuna immensely,
Sukuna the guy much stronger than both and who can protect his soul. Soul Dismantle would outright put Kashimo to bed, while Kashimo needs to charge up the lightning and doesn't have ranged options (as i assume this is base, since it's seemingly Yuji taking Hakari's place in Tokyo 2,

If he somehow manages to get a lightning off, it's still not an insta win for Kashimo unless it's to the head (which doesnt seem to be where Kashimo aims at first), as Yuji can re-attach lost limbs with blood manipulation and fix the rest with RCT, even if a chunk of his body was blown off like it was with the set up staff lightning, Yuji had also shown to regen and recover from that fine.
Hajime can even keep up with Sukuna's True Form
In MBA. And literally all HH can do the same more or less
and not get "blitzed" by Sukuna even once

Okay, I really don't know how the skill works, so please enlighten me.
What skill feats does Kashimo have? Yuji can instantly adapt to fighting Todo, with todo praising his skills, perfectly use his environment to disappear from Todo's view mid fight, he's stated to be superior to Maki in h2h, can effortlessly match Todo's swaps, which not even Sukuna is capable of properly adapting to, Yuji can keep up and outperform Sukuna in CQC, who has 4 arms and is stronger physically, etc etc. People be throwing skill to Kashimo based on vibes, when Yuji got like top 2 skill in hand to hand inverse and would genuinely stomp Kashimo in that regard, it's not close.
And if you haven't forgotten, Hajime has a staff and only throws it away when he gets knocked out (in this case, punched away by Jackpot Kinji) or activates his CT
I really doubt the staff would help much, it's barely used by Kashimo for any range advantage, and if it comes down to range Yuji can pop domain and it's over from that point for Kashimo.
If we use VSBW stats, Kashimo blitzes and bolts him GG
