[6-1-0] Perfect Cell Vs Muzan (Dragon Ball Manga VS Demon Slayer)

I'm just going to be honest here. This is really dissapointing. Why are we tying hax to AP when the entire point of hax is that they bypass it? People are saying that there is no proof they work on stronger characters, but there is also no proof that they don't. Furthermore, these are hax which Cell has no resistance to.
The other big args are "CELL BLOWS AWAY WITH KAMEHAMEHA" or CELL JUST ABSORBS" just goes aganst the rule which is "Neither are bloodlusted both are in character". Perfect Cell doesn't start with big K. Super Perfect Cell does that which is why he wasn't included. He also doesn't absorb his combatants. The only reason he was doing earlier was to achieve his perfect form. He has it why would he open with it or even bother consider doing it to Muzan - especially since he will view him as fodder?
Furthermore, people are acting like these two are Bloodlusted - they aren't. Cell has shown - especially in his "fight" with Mr. Satan - that he is not only comfortable with what he perceives to be a fodder wailing on him, but doing a whole ass clown routine. That gives Muzan more than enough time to think of a counter-plan, and he has genius intelligence.
Finally, why are people just ignoring the Infinity Castle and the Twelve Upper Moons, the lower moons, and all the other demons? Muzan is going to summon them the moment things are going his way and they all have a shit ton of hax to **** up Cell - Fear Hax, BFR, Sleep Hax, Transmutation, Ice Manupilation, and much more. I am not saying Muzan takes it no-diff, but he certainly has several solid win-cons. All people are seeing is that there is an AP Diff and giving up harder than Yamcha when DB has lost to people with lower AP but better hax in the past. See Goku entire record.

I am arguing why this isn't a stomp, and its genuinly just saddening that I am carrying KNY harder than the supporters. Cell has win-cons - very obvious ones, but Muzan also has ones just less obvious.

Do you think Muzan has win conditions or do you think Muzan wins
 
I mean, its not like Muzan can come back from being splattered, all Cell needs is his core nucleus and he can regen from a single cell

There are several examples where characters who don't have resistance to battle spirit can fight characters with battle spirit

Although I don't even think it matters, how does it kill/incapacitate Cell again?

Battle spirit isn’t accepted to work like this on the wiki. In verse resisting battle spirit doesn’t even work like this. Bringing up Akaza doesn’t even help because he too has a resistance potency as well. Bringing up Yoriichi doesn’t help because he was in selfless state and he too has a resistance potency.
