How time works in the tiering system is that it makes an uncountable infinite number of snapshots for that dimensional space, resulting in a higher dimension being needed to hold those snapshots.

By saying the cosmology is 4D+1 you're saying the total cosmology is by default 5D, with the fifth dimension acting as time more or less. By saying higher dimension(s) she can be referring to just the fourth and fifth due to that in my view. You'd need to show that she's talking about the fifth dimension as a baseline to get such a rating and I don't see it personally.

Here's the deal.
I ain't saying the cosmology is just 4D+1
I'm saying the universe has 3 dimensions of space and 1 of time

Space and time is bent under the influence of higher dimensions and the archetype molecules reach out into a different world.
This would mean the lowest end here is 4 spatial dimensions and 1 temporal (thus Low 1-C) or other higher dimensions (as Mei mentions) which would be +2 at least.
We also don't know what kind of other dimensions it could be, some could be temporal just as well.

So I provide evidence that we're talking about dimensions that are above the space-time structure and above the 4th spatial dimension and you still think 7D ain't legit? Why?

I explained my reasoning and nothing you said has convinced me otherwise. The fourth and fifth dimensions are higher spatial axis that would fit with her statement.

You can ask other mods to weigh in, but that's my viewpoint on it.

Alright, so you at least accept that the scaling here is Low 1-C and 1-C then, just not 7D 1-C. I can work with that but I'll get some second opinions.
