In Kusuo Saiki No Pai San the fourth wall is real, its an actual phenomenon and a dimension. It exists far beyond the normal reality and can only be accessed with special abilities that are powered by the dimension itself.
The Fourth Wall can affect the very story itself, Chapter 73 is a great example to this, Chapter is based on the real world popularity survey. And as it turns out the whole universe revolves around it. Affecting everything from social status, influence and even eating rights. Chapter 206, Which takes powers SENT BY THE FANS and incorporates it into the story. Even showing a box full of powers with a paper that said "Saiki Kusuo No Psi-Nan Useless ESP". Chapter 53, Saiki breaks the fourth wall and poses for the cover, The 4-Wall Break then affects the original story and narrative changing its direction completely.
Readers are actual entities, from a higher dimension they observe the world for their enjoyment, perceiving the entire universe as a two-dimensional plane, akin to a manga, a novel, or simply text. Due to being completely in control over the world and seeing it akin to fiction, they would be 1-A (Outerversal)
How do I explain the interactions and scaling of Kusuo? Pretty easy since the novel does it for me.
Sight Energy has shown being able to take over the narrative, make the boundaries between fiction hazy. Then put all of those worlds together once he had gathered enough energy.
It is directly explained the ability itself comes from the Readers themselves, it is being powered up by them and comes from a completely different dimension. Which is why Sight Energy and Psy Energy (Equals) are not actual anti feats for the Readers.
Now, on to what abilities of Saiki would be affected?

"Sight Energy is an ability born out of a feeling of distress or uneasiness generated in this world's supreme observors. In other words, it's an energy transferred from the reader's brain to the book the moment they get a feeling something's is off. It's an energy that exists in a completely different dimension from superpowers" |
Now, on to what abilities of Saiki would be affected?
