    Thank you, finally someone gets it! Just because someone is "stronger overall" doesn't mean they automatically beat people weaker than them. So just because Boros > Tornado (single attack) doesn't mean he could beat her, or Tornado > Garou (overall power) or Garou > Boros (melee).
