    Nevermind, he said he increased his time skip. I just thought it was strange that he had to touch Goku and made him look like he was made of glass, even though he hadn't when he was still being affected by the time skip.

    Did you forget? When the universe was accepted as infinite, infinite speed was considered atypical. In terms of speed, the only thing that would happen would be a downgrade since that calculation could no longer be used.
