    It kinda does. Homelander is like one-two one shot gaps above his value Homelander > (one shot) Maeve > (unknown gap) Stormfront = the original value. Honestly this should be a two shot ish gap or three shot.

    Soldier Boy is just very slightly weaker than Homelander, we are told and shown. (Herogasm was a low-mid diff 1v1, because Soldier Boy was tired af). On the other hand Soldier Boy beat Temp V Butcher harder than Homelander did when 1v1.

    7.5x gap is required for one shot and Homelander has a decent scaling chain on top of his value (the gap being already 7x).
