    I would probaby go with Neokalus Burr do to his Regenerationn factor and durablity of his physical body to resist a revolver pistol firearm firing a steel shap projectile with a psi force of 35,000 meanwhile a human can only handle 50 psi of sudden impact and it takes arounf 6 shots to knock him...

    I would go with the night ripper in the end due to his supirior intelegence and or Neokalus Burr for having very high resiliance and durability

    I think Neokalus would win due to him having probably the most durability and resiliance but other than that i think the ripper is the most intelegent and the fastest with his battle tactics that he used to stalk and murder rachel he will probably use here.

    In the game you can shoot the night ripper anywhere still does absolutly nothing but scare him scenerio 1 where Arther can win fight starts from a 20 foot distance of each other Arther shoots ripper causing no damage and scares him off so Arther ecsapes and lives to see another day...
