Yeah, Warlock is highly resistant to mindhax to the point of being almost immune. He's faced and conquered illusions/psychic attcks from Man-Beast, the Magus, and even Moondragon with the Mind Gem. His Soul Gem has is also capable of warding off mental domination and his unique mind has adapted...
The issue is #17. *************** lists the issue as #18 because after #15 is #15.1, and *************** lists that as #16. Check it out here: http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Avenging_Spider-Man_Vol_1

It's just that Doom is specifically used adamamtium for that surgery, and in this match-up he's using the Power Cosmic. If he scales in strength for Silver Surfer, then we should use calcs for that. I don't have any right now but I wanted to make sense of your conclusions.

Er, wow. A 4-B running around with High 1-B nullification? I tried to figure out the limits, but if it can possibly nullify power cosmic of Galactus' caliber, then Doom will lose his 4-B power quickly. There's no way for Doom to win unless he absorbs whatever...
@Edwardtruong2006
But Galactus is literally made of Power Cosmic. Doom absorbed all of that and he turned into a normal man. If Kharn can nullify Power Cosmic then shouldn't he be able to beat Galactus?
Edited.
@Edwardtruong2006
No, Power Cosmic is definitely not High 1-B. If Galactus would win, then Kharn has limits to nullifying the power cosmic. Argument is Doom would lose because he would get nullified then beaten into submission. But what are the limits for nullifying here? If he can do it to...
