    Not really for the regular version. SM Naruto physically scales to or above Tendo, and Tendo could dodge his Rasenshuriken at point blank range. A verse page update is being worked on, although it's on a bit of a hiatus afaik

If Bijuudama and Rasenshuriken are both Susanoo Arrow level in speed, then Naruto's RS and Bee's Bijuudama moving at the same speed would indicate Naruto and BM Bee's relativity, but even Base Bee demonstrates relativity to this Naruto via fighting 3T Itachi and the Edo...
