    I think it depends how the justification is phrased. When the exact text is finally written, it could be either "possibly High 1-A" or stronger depending on how it's phrased and how persuasive it seems. Since two staff agreed to straight High 1-A and another staff said "1-A, possibly High 1-A"...

    Oh, no rush. I just commented because I had made a thread before asking question about the High 1-A+ tier on this site. It's a tricky tier to write justification for, so I just wanted to give more options.

    I think it's really hard to make a good High 1-A+ justification because the rules for that tier are pretty vague and confusing anyway. That said, the Ainur fit the justification as perfectly as anything can.

    Yeah, I wasn't sure whether how many staff I need, or where to find them, because the verse page only lists two staff as supporters, and I think at least one of them is inactive. And none of them are listed as knowledgeable members.
