    well good thing I just recently watched the entire series in the episode Mystery Of The Missing Mystery Solvers the events of Scooby Doo and the Loch Ness Monster, Scooby-Doo Pirates Ahoy, Scooby-Doo and the Monster of Mexico are shown to be past mysteries Shaggy and Scooby have helped solve

    the speed stuff could probably be calculated, the post also didn't mention that his Death Ray is now charged at all times meaning the delay weakness no longer applies meaning he's got a Low 7-B attack he can whip out at any time the ray may be higher because it has another impressive feat
