    How do I turn a sandbox user blog profile into a full wiki page once it's approved for releasing? I heard that creating an entirely new page is something you can just do yourself outside of some exceptions like tier 1 and 0 profiles, so presumably this isn't something only a moderator can do...

    Would the ability to become infinitely stronger (Equivalent to going from 3-A to High 3-A) count as evidence for a Low 2-C character potentially being able to reach a higher tier like 2-C, or would it only make them above baseline Low 2-C at max?
