    Unless it has vector's, no. While I'm pretty sure Hakai itself is something Accelerator can redirect Zeno's existence erasure works differently so he can't defend against that.

    Hello, if my memory serves me right, you did say that Toaru has type 3 conceptual manip, if not type 2. So why don't you make a CRT about it? It'd be dope if they have it so we can use it in matches.
