Rules don't allow for fate stuff, so I'm curious what the justification for fate manipulation on Chaos Energy is. The page has no real implication of fate being part of its capabilities.

From what I’m reading, it’s nothing that’s combat applicable, it’s mainly just stuff about how he was blessed by the Will of Chaos when he was born, which just made him stronger compared to the other residents of Heaven.

Luck stuff might be too much unless you can explain its limits. At a certain potency it can be tantamount to fate manipulation, and it sounds very strong for this character.

Luck won’t immediately let him win a battle, for instance, he managed to fall asleep in the middle of a battle, and it just so happens that his master saved him before Juro can kill him. It just helps him get out of dangerous situations, no isnta win otherwise he would’ve beaten his foes in like 1-2 minutes.

Because Jez hasn’t competed in a tournament in quite a while—and there wasn’t much information available on his profile at the time—he comes across as a stronger fighter than Nhazul. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to give him another shot. I also want to give Jez more people to fight (the creator didn’t wan’t Nhazul anyways)

Here:

Jez has a really good luck that makes things often go in his favor, even in situations where the odds should be against him. Because of this, lucky (I’m guessing that’s short for Luck) breaks with good timing and helpful coincidences happen around him more than normal, sometimes even on a very large scale. It can lower the chances of things going badly and raise the chances of success, but it is not something that works perfectly every time.

But do know this: it does not mean he automatically wins, and it is not the same as him freely controlling destiny whenever or HOWEVER he wants. Jez still needs to fix his own mistakes too sometimes, he’s a small boy. Jez can still be harmed, it’s just more likely he’ll survive or make his opponent slip up badly like missing attacks or eventually making the fight take longer
