It comes from that same CRT.Do you think you could also find the thread that downgraded the verse from 7-C/7-B to 8-A?
Vader's durability from the Sith temple explosion was 7-C, it was recalculated and downgraded to 8-A.

Can’t really comment on the validity of the original calc without seeing it, but even just counting serious engine damage on like a thousand ships would still be likely to get the feat to Tier 7. Like ByAsura comments even AT-TEs can damage the engines of capital ships (I’m guessing based on that one TCW episode where they are used in a trap against munificents), but those blasts are already listed as 8-A, meaning even such a ballpark by just multiplying by ten ships gets it to Tier 7.![]()
Star Wars Revisions
Following off from this last blog, and the current Sandbox showing my ideas. Please look at them, because there's a lot of important context in that previous thread, such as the Gonzati-class' laser cannons not being capital ship-grade. Well, there is a rando conversation on Korriban in SWTOR that says force sensitives are immune to the mindfucking affects of the tombs on the planet. A helluva scan for me to grab but if you want? Are there any scans of force sensitives being naturally resistant to alter mind? I always see it on profiles but I can never find anything about out it. Legends continuity please
Yeah that seems consistent with other force sensitives showing like Bane and Exar KunWell, there is a rando conversation on Korriban in SWTOR that says force sensitives are immune to the mindfucking affects of the tombs on the planet.
Yes please. How come anyway wouldn't it be on YouTube?A helluva scan for me to grab but if you want?
Because it is a random conversation in an area people don't really visit on Korriban.Yes please. How come anyway wouldn't it be on YouTube?

Don't we have most of these already. Only thing is missing is 8-A Jedi, but we already have multiple 8-B feats lol. I vaguely remember Momin having an 8-A+ calc. If the sky Island feat gets accepted, it would scale to the highest Jedi right? I think we have several Tier 7 feats on the record rn.For me to be a happy person:
If we ever manage to achieve this in canon, I'll be satisfied.
- Blasters: 8-C, Hypersonic
- Jedis: 8-A
- God tiers: Tier 7 (already something real derived from Vader's Low 7-C)
@Epyriel @Hagane_no_Saiyajin
Make me a happy person.

Hagane, is it possible for you to create a sandbox with all the canon and legends calculations that still need evaluation?
We already have some 8-C blasters, unless you're specifically talking about blaster pistols?Hagane performed a Momim calculation. The high value resulted in Low 7-C.

We're still missing hypersonic 8-C blasters.

blaster pistols or blaster riflesWe already have some 8-C blasters, unless you're specifically talking about blaster pistols?
We technically do have 8-C blaster pistols lol, just disruptors instead of regular ones.blaster pistols or blaster rifles
I think it was because the tech calcs are easy and relatively consistent. Also, a lot of them are used for character scale. Blasters & thermal detonators are the basis of some scaling in most pages of non-force users.Speaking of weapons, for those of you who are older.
Why did most of the older Star Wars (Canon) CRTs seem to focus on technology? Mainly ground/space vehicles and weapons of that type? Considering that basically none of them are used for character scale.
But that's the thing, some things that really matter don't have VS Battle calculations.Blasters & thermal detonators are the basis of some scaling in most pages of non-force users.
HA!After searching through many scans, it turns out Maul from Rebels is weaker than the one from The CW.
LMan, I hate the state of the calculations in this verse.
I was looking at Rex's profile and noticed that it's tied to subsonic speed for the blasters by a calculation that isn't on the verse page. Then I thought: "Wait, I saw a supersonic calculation somewhere."
And it really is there:
But the most incredible thing of all? Besides, the CRT to apply this was quickly forgotten and never put on the verse page.
HAHAHA
There is just so much to do. With the new standards, there are also tons of references and scans to collect and sort and properly attribute to profiles as well. A ton of characters are missing from Legends, as well as many keys, and some of the scaling still holds true despite arguments against it, but it's been so many years that it's hard to find the energy to make new blog posts to reinforce this scaling.Honestly, what's your opinion on why the verse is dead?
In my first comment here in the thread, there were still quite a few people commenting and discussing the verse (guys I've never seen comment since).
Of course, I thought it was because the verse was huge and extremely outdated, and Canon and Legends were merged into single pages, which made CRTs difficult (for example, @DaReaperMan gave up on making a Thrawn CRT because of that.
It's still kind of bad, but Canon and Legends are now separate, we have general pages like Force Sensitives and Mandalorian Weaponry, a cosmology page (still simple but something at least), etc. Things that simplify making CRTs
But it seems that nothing has drawn much attention to the verse.
I don't know, someone could do a really cool calculation. How are blasters 8C?

Regarding Legends, it would be difficult, but in terms of canon...it's hard to find the energy to make new blog posts to reinforce this scaling.
Idk about Canon but I think Shadows of the Empire has Luke being called "the strongest of them all" by Darth Vader lol. What will draw people into the discussion on the back is when we start talking seriously about scale and so on. I doubt people won't show up when I talk to Luke ESB > Mace Windu.
I will point out that comes from a novel that was published years before the prequels even existed lolIdk about Canon but I think Shadows of the Empire has Luke being called "the strongest of them all" by Darth Vader lol.
They're more likely to show up finding out that Star Wars is actually 5-D to 6-DI doubt people won't show up when I talk to Luke ESB > Mace Windu.

Create the sandbox first. And we still need to take care of the Tier 6 stuffI'll create that calc sandbox when I get time

The sandbox is for unevaluated calcs though, just so we are awareIf you want to add my calcs I have them listed here.
Technically, the scene where Vader resists the "exploding" planet is missing, although the issue of resistance for Vader is not considered. If there are any other calcs that were missed, please link them so that they could be added:
Yes.Oh only for fully unevaluated calcs? Then I guess for mine I’m mainly just waiting on an evaluation for this one.
