The big point of Makima even facing Pochita directly was the fact she needed to believe herself to be superior to her greatest idol for Control to work on him and create her ideal world. She's not fighting him just for the sake of beating him like a battle crazed anime protagonist or to get rid of a dangerous devil.
Cheesing him through hax and other devils is not it, that's why she even decided to weaken him so she could fight and beat him in CQC in the end as opposed to just using contracts and assassins to cheese him from another country.

That's downgrade warranted by the way. Makima vs Pochita was all combat speed and Quanxi is slightly slower than a weakened Pochita.

But Makima getting surprised by weakened Pochita initially should have killed that scaling. I'm glad we got rid of it. New values fix issues like these.

Now that you mention this, I doubt that your Rela scaling will last long. I'm the CSM guy tho, so I won't go sticking my nose into the wrong places.

NGL Yoru's LS should definitely downscale from Pochita considering she can struggle against him pushing against her with his entire being and not get pushed flat on the ground. You cant do that against a Class G while being Class M yourself

Realistically I don’t think Makima actually had Cosmo since she never uses it nor is it ever shown she controls her.

The main point was that Makima wanted a one on one fight with pochita and if she just stood from a distance and used her sacrificial hax that defeats the point, since we also know that she wouldn't mind losing to pochita and getting eaten as well since she admires him that much. Her weakening pochita still accomplishes that because in her head, she would've been stronger than that weakened pochita and as such would be able to control him, also as others have said, mole devil probably wouldn't work since pochita could just do the same thing reze did and form a whole new body, it could also be a case where pochita would've been too fast for Makima and her pawns to actually land that mole devil thing since they have to point at the person.


I don't see why she wouldn't have Cosmo, since she blitzed her and quanxi after the international assassins arc, and had no trouble subjugating quanxi, Makima didn't really need Cosmo in any of her major fights anyways. And for the fights she could've used her in, she didn't want to use any abilities in that fight.
