It's a bit tough with Toji's cursed tools but Naruto and Sasuke can probably overwhelm with the 2v1 pressure and them being able to one shot Toji with Rasengan/Chidori

Pretty much looks like Naruto and Sasuke clear, their abilities are too busted, alongside having the physical statistics advantage even with speed equalized,they have better arguments to be able to out speed Toji. Their teamwork is also amazing and well coordinated at this point.

A one shot for me is defined as being able to critically put down your opponent with one attack, where they can't get up again. A mere face scratch is not enough to put Naruto down, alongside the fact that he can regen from that with ease.

SSK is what can carry Toji to victory, but it's very unlikely that he can land it. Their abilities are too busted, alongside having the physical statistics advantage, even in speed. Their teamwork is also amazing and well coordinated at this point.
