I used to believe in High 4-C stuff for exact same reason, but since it makes no freaking sense in the larger series, it’s probably just a dimension specifically picked to be destroyed that way or something.

Alastor outskilled her idol and is statement merchant when it comes to skill but Lute (mostly) beat vaggie, a fellow excorist who had trained to beat her and use her weaknesses.
I am not sure tbh, Adam was handling them pretty easily and we see Angelic Weapons can nullify and cut through any of his abilities fairly easily. I could see Alastor losing due to underestimating Lute (most exorcist are piss at fighting)
Lute wasn't moving like this (Also Vaggie was unarmed for a good 90% of their fight)
