Plok's gonna lose anyway (in votes), but I still vote for him, since he have a bit of range and potentially could break Ren's time machine before he gets grabbed

Not to mention that Plok have unicycle with water cannon and could soak Ren's tech so it won't work
 
Yeah, thinking it over again, equalized speed makes it difficult for Ren to avoid the water and Plok could use it to keep Ren at a distance.
 
Speed may be equalized but its only matter Flight/Travel Speed,if you didnt equalized their reaction and attack speed, Ren FRA
 
I think we should ask some Plok and Ren enthusiasts (since those who don't know anything about both would just randomly choose a side)

Thinking of changing my vote to Plok, not only does he have more actual fighting experience, but with Ren’s only viable wincon being his Time Machine stuff, what’s stopping Plok from simply soaking it with water with his unicycle like you said aswell as shooting his limb at a long distance to punch either Ren or the thing away before he even activates it.

Well, while it's main Ren's wincon, he also can put Plok to sleep with sleeper hold and have low-high regeneration
