These are stuff I bring up to add for the involved characters here but for those that haven't clicked the link and see for themselves, I will go down over all of them here.
Ourai no Gahkthun Stuff
Walther Ritz
Expansion/Add-on to statistics amplification: Walther's Art, Acceleration, allows him to accelerate others if he makes contact with them. Initially, this was thought to only be to himself and any inanimate objects he made contact with. But in the Fandisc sequel where this linked set of images come from, this even applies to living beings.
Josephine March (Jo)
Expansion/Add-on to statistics amplification: Jo's Art allows her to not only strengthen herself, but also strengthen others, both living beings and inanimate objects like weapons. She actually has other examples of strengthening others but this just one of many examples of strengthening that she can also share with others similar to Walther above who can speed living beings and inanimate objects alike.
Florence Nightingale
Paralysis Inducement: Nightingale's Art enables her to use the light and shadows she manipulate to take control of someone or something (living beings and inanimate objects alike...see a pattern here?). This is done on a physical level and mental level by stripping away their shadow and light respectively.
Extraordinary Genius: In Shining Knight, Nightingale's described as being the most talented female student in the Academia, putting her above if not equal to other extraordinary geniuses like Berta and Emilie so her intelligence should just flat out be at least extraordinary genius.
Wilhelm Reich
Status Effect Inducement, Law Manipulation, and Space Manipulation: Reich's Art, Knight Sword is an ability that allows him to "dominate the battlefield", being an Art made solely for fighting and being "invincible". In the original VN of Gahkhun, this Art was rather fairly vague as it wasn't detailed exactly what it did. But in the fandisc sequel (which all of the linked scan comps have come from), we found it what it does at its fullest potential. Basically, it does as he describes it by completely enforcing some "effect" that allows him to dominate the battlefield by "dominating all corners of existence, all corners of existence." With this, it allows him to pretty much OHKO his enemies with ease.
Note: In regards on what the range of this is, it's hard to tell. The one time we see this in full effect is in some place in the Academia (where the VN takes place) that doesn't seem quite big, and his Art has been consistently described as something that allows him to "dominate the battlefield" so my only answer is just whatever the place he's in that's deemed a "battlefield". Not exactly convincing, I know. But it's one way for me to explain it not potentially being NLF. That and it's also should be limited to who he's fighting against as the one's he used it one could also be destroyed by the linked characters above Reich so any worries about NLF should be satisfied here.
Shockwave Generation add on: In the linked scan above, he does a move that made a giant shockwave that can damage others. He has shockwave gen already on his page but this is just adding onto it.
Non-Physical interaction expansion: Wilhelm's swords that he always carries are made out of Elysium, which means they're similar to Douglas's Z sword and thus enable him to cut lightning bolts itself. The linked scan comp here also has an image from the official website for the fandisc here that states Wilhelm's Art enables him to cut lightning too.
Nikola Tesla
Add on/expansion to Extrasensory Perception: Tesla has otherworldly senses that he can switch if needed. Here, he was able to go from "base reality" to seeing the "end of the world" where he was able to perceive someone who was there but just unseeable in the physical world. He was also able to sense for another character's life signs being intact so that's a bonus.
Limited Resistance to Sleep Manipulation: Tesla had went to sleep or was already asleep when he got hit with a domain of sorts by Wrath King (the aforementioned character he was able to perceive in the physical world) causes those within to fall into a deep sleep, yet he still managed to wake up from it despite that.
Resistance to Status Effect Inducement, Law Manip, and Space Manip: In the scanned compilation linked for Reich here, it states Reich wasn't able to use his Art's full potential against his master, who is Tesla in this context, in the past (long story to this one).
Resistance to Reality Warping, Conceptual Destruction, Temporal Destruction (+ Spatial Destruction) + Infinite Attack Speed with Vajra Blade: Tesla in his Knight of Thunder was able to both endure and counter the Wrath King's Shadow arm attack. Said attack does as described here, and yet Tesla went up against it and countered it without being harmed himself as he otherwise couldn't defend or evade due to its nature. This also doubles as an infinite attack speed with the move he did as he had to move as fast as he did to counter it.
Resistance to Transmutation: In his Knight of Thunder, Tesla used his silver shields to defend against Wrath King's light beams. Said beams are beams of light that turns anything it touches to salt, and Tesla endured against hundreds of these without his shields turning to salt.
Reality Warping expansion + Fate Manip + Causality Manip (or maybe not with this one?): During the fight with Wrath King, Tesla was struck by the latter's strongest attack, an illusion killer that was made to kill beings like himself, and it did so with such force that Tesla could not regenerate and was practically dead on the spot. In response, Tesla used World Intervention, some sort of strange ability that allows him to "intervene in the world". With it, Tesla overwrote reality so that his death becomes undone despite it being earlier earlier he cannot overturn such a predetermined event (in his case, his death).
Upgrade post Gahkthun base speed + Knight of Thunder to Speed of Light: Tesla at 100% his full power can shoot lightning at the speed of light. His Electric Evasion should also be flatout lightspeed, as Tesla used it continuously to evade Wrath King's assault on him with the aforementioned beams of light.
Add higher with radiance boost to post Gahkthun Knight of Thunder: In the climax of the fight with Wrath King, Tesla gathered the radiance of a hundred thousand people which he used to power himself for an attack that completely wiped out his aforementioned enemy.
Other Stuff
Critter's eroding reality and AP upgrade to At least 8-C+: In a conversation Tesla and Nightingale, we learn more information about Critter's and even the kind of destruction they can bring. In it, we learn that Critters are "failed Cracking Beings" that are remnants of fantasy that erodes reality and devours it along with being as powerful as a group of "Mobile Fortresses", which the information of what they are and what they possess are here. A translation of this is also on the link earlier above that, which says that a Mobile Fortress have weapons that allowed them to completely destroy tanks among other things, and with a Critter being as powerful as a group of them, means they're squarely in 8-C+ range.
As for those who scale to the AP upgrade, this really would apply to those of Tier 9 so Wendigo and Blood Tree. Every other Critter is already scaled to higher stuff and another isn't made for direct fighting in normal circumstances so not a whole lot needs to scale on them.
This also even serves as an upgrade to other characters as well that are superior to said characters that can be upgraded to Tier 8, such as Oro and Zahhak.
