Profile creation question

Lets say I want to make a profile on a version of Superman however this version isn't an officially licensed version of him (ie the robot chicken version of him or Death Battle version of him), even if that is the case, can I still make a profile like that and put it on the internet category? and last question, have there also been other profiles like this?

If it's an unofficial version, as in not endorsed by DC, then it can't be ON VSBW but might be allowed on the FC/OC wiki.
