The reason it was transported there to the Alt Battles Wiki was due to the fact that most of its content was original but had to rely on copyrighted characters to drive its story which was why it was removed not allowed on VSBW, and was deleted on FC/OC. While I did transfer the pages in a sandbox on the Alt Battles Wiki, someone apparently reuploaded them without telling me and kept the same stats despite how they were wrong. If anything, either I or someone else should go contact the person responsible for this because they may or may not have a forum account here.

We have plenty of Undertale AUs on FC/OC wiki though, which have far worse situation than AvA. I mean, at least AvA’s origins are entirely original.
I think the profiles on FC/OC were deleted, since I couldn’t find them.

As I understood they were removed due to inflated ratings that people kept adding. My thought was: can’t we simply fix profiles and get them back to FC/OC?

As explained, the Time Elemental is the only one who is capable of travel through time via time vortex, but Time Vortex does not allow anyone who does not have a Time Elemental to travel through time, as they would be stuck in time without being able to return to their original time, meaning that the Mergequakes did not travel through time via the Time Vortex, but rather spread throughout all of time and space. The Time Vortex is not a vortex that allows the user to influence the timestream, but only to travel through space-time (the only ones who can use it are the Master of Time). The Mergequakes storm was able to reach the Time Vortex as it is part of existence, and it will spread throughout all of existence.

All you're giving me is that this plane of reality allows Time Travel and this event reached it because it can cross all dimensions, one of which is the Time Vortex.

It's not immeasurable in my view.

What I mean is that Mergequakes storm and this blast did not use Time Travel to travel through time, the only way to travel through time is immeasurable speed and time elemental, but Mergequakes storm and this blast did not use Time Travel to travel through time because it does not have a Time Elemental, the ability to travel through time in the Time Vortex is only available to a Time Elemental.
I have a question for you ultima where would a realm nothingness that transcendces time , space and exist outside of reality , all self disappears and dreams could not be dreamed . This realm also predates and will out last reality as it simple is eternal and creation/ reality even if they are destroyed this realm will still exist scale ?(theirs a lot more info but this is the basics)
